GRAND OPENING
Ani Mru Mru
In October, Tokyo welcomed the opening of "Ani Mru Mru," a Polish fine dining establishment. In a refined setting, guests will be invited to savour Poland’s culinary heritage, nurtured in the heart of Central Europe—a region rich in deep forests and the bounty of the Baltic Sea. Our chef presents a tasting menu that reimagines traditional recipes passed down through generations, alongside regional Polish dishes, all infused with his unique artistic flair.
DISCOVER OUR MENU
Flavours both familiar and novel await. At Ani Mru Mru, we honour the history and traditions of Polish cuisine while infusing it with contemporary and innovative elements. Delight in exquisite dishes crafted from the finest seasonal ingredients, including aromatic Polish mushrooms and the finest vegetables.

OUR HEAD CHEF
Tomasz Tatarynowicz
Originally from Kraków, Poland, Chef Tatarynowicz honed his skills in modern European cuisine at Michelin-starred restaurants in the Netherlands and France. He later distinguished himself as a chef specialising in traditional Polish cuisine in Warsaw. At Ani Mru Mru, he presents the flavours of Poland in a playful and multifaceted manner.
